We moved from the ES3 to the SS21 inks and built our own scrubber for under 400 bux. We have about 50lbs of charcoal in it and you can't smell a thing in the printroom ... which is only 10x16. ES3 inks sucked for us ...

We started with the ES3 inks ... they sucked. We went to the solvent inks and are much happier with the output.

Thanks for your reply. We actually just got it to work. We printed with the Segment Area Type 2 marks and it would never work. So we removed that layer in the file and added marks again but using the plain Type 2 (only corners) and it worked! Sorry about no intro ... we have a huge job...
