Dear Fellows, I've heard all kind of things regarding this. Some people say that it's exaclty the same, some people say they're different printheads. The fact is the JV33 cost exactly half the price of the JV5 printhead in Europe. Anybody did try it?

Empty? you have a new cartridge and the line is empty? Have you taken off the residual tube and sucked with the syringe?

Printing with the line dry can ruin the printhead, I would take the tube which goes from the capping to the pump and would suck with a syringe until you see magenta in the syringe.
