Never leave pinch rollers down for a long time. The will flat spot. I leave media in overnight, but NEVER leave the rollers down. If your not sure, empty the waste bottle and check it the next day.

I assume they are not lam'd if they are curling. Only way I can get them not to curl witout LAM is to let outgas for a day. Yes, check your cutter strip if it's only doing it in certain areas.

Put a pen and draw on the paper, then cut out by hand. or maybe try the pounce option if you have it. The CraftRoboPro is a CE5000 that can do this. I think it has a carrier for the paper????

Both good products, until you need service. Roland top notch & very easy to work. Graphtec, I can't say the same.

Take the top off and tweek the bracket that holds the wheels. You want the whole carraige assembly to be smooth when it rolls across(left to right). But, should have no play in it. If you can wiggle the carraige, that may be the issue. If not, could also be off-set.???

make sure the there is no play in the carraige wheels.

All MX graphics need overlam.

I haven't tried it. But, here's a thought. Run 32Bit XP as a VM on the 64Bit machine. VM = Virtual Machine. I run the following: 64Bit XP for Design 32Bit XP for RIP with plans to go to Vista 64Bit & CS4
