Did you put in the head serialnumber in the machine as you changed the heads, each head is set with it's own settings like voltage etc.
If the voltages are wrong inside the head, you might get messy prints.
Also you may try slow speed printing.
If you're not familiair with colorcalibration, ask the company were you bought the printers to have it done.
Colorcalibration as a very precisie thing, it makes the printers print the right color.
I am not sure if Wasatch has the possibility to colorcalibrate, if so, you have to have an I-one...
If your nozzlechecks are OK, I wouldn't look at the printers, but rather at your Rip-software and recalibrate the color-profiles as they tend to wearout as well over time....
You can use aceton, but that's more agressive and dryes out your rubber.
Use it to clean and use a bit of solution after it. Much cheaper and your capping and wiper are treated well. I'd rather NOT use aceton for nozzle-wash.
Hope this will do, good luck
clearing heads
You can use SPC-369 (cleaning solution 200) for cleaning the heads.
Move the head to the left of the machine in order to reach the heads and place some clothes, as it may get messy.
Turn the machine off.
First you have to remove the dampers and replace them, as they might be...
Try taking pictures with a digital camera, so you don't have to scan them, then Photoshop to do the artwork (most people dont care what it looks like, they just want the people in the pictere being seen)
Hi there, I'm looking for the jv33 service manual.
It's hard to get (I know as a former tech support engineer, Mimake only gave us hardcopies), had to give it back as i went away....
I have a mechanical drawing of the JV33, maybe a swop deal????
