I don't know how to operate a printer? And where did you gather this information from? Did 30+ years in the industry give you that clue? Or maybe the experts that work on these printers daily not being able to fix it either gave you that clue? Or maybe how I wrote we've been dealing with problem...

I recently updated my profile. I copy/pasted the Mutoh line & replaced it with the updated Roland text. Yeah I must not know what I'm talking about at all. And you are who? Your obviously a drama queen...grow up!

My mistake. I thought this was the review section seeing as the thread name says it all...

File type error...you should be saving/printing an .EPS or a .PDF file with the correct settings.

The concept is definitely funny! :] But you can tell by most the pics that most those jobs are dated, and aren't freshly installed or printed. I think it would be more ethically correct to show how cheap materials can't print vibrant colors, have quality issues, and better yet don't stick or go...

Flexi 8 has more issues then a woman that has been divorced 5 times! It turns color management into a disaster! Try turning your color correction settings off & watch how the color improves! Also for better gradients in Flexi use the "Error Diffusion" mode. Thats what they say is the best mode...

I agree! For six years of expierence your prices are way too low. That's where the ol' saying "You get what you pay for" comes into play! & all the low prices do are low ball the whole graphic design market so people don't value our time as much. You are killing the market!

All I gotta say is they are outta there minds! You can build a computer faster for about 4k w/ (2) 22" monitors. But hey it's all about marketing, if they can sell it then more power to them!

Sounds like either profile or your printing in RGB. Are you printing CMYK or RGB colors?

I never turn mine off as well as Mutoh recommends! Very nice printer to have the self cleaning capability! As well as if you get a head strike it automatically returns to the capping station & cleans the heads the best it can!

Haha I hear ya on that one! I figured it was just a simple method to wash the head as it title declares. I think they should change the name to FLUSH instead of Wash. A tech. told me there is a much better way to clean the head. Take a lint free rag, take one of the solvent cleaner cartridges...

Same thing happened to me! The only think I could think of, is that there still must be solvent in the heads.
