I let a piece sit for about 3 days last week and still the same problem. I even took some masking tape to the edge and it pulled the ink right off. I've switched up the lamps to medium and high, no improvement. Maybe it's matters on which HPL it is. We are using a Designer White from Wilsonart.

The finishing ranges from velcro (like the Hytera job) to Silicone Edge material (like Brunswick) All cutting and finishing is done in house. We are a very small shop so I've learn to run our Juki lockstitch machine very well!

Ok here are 4 exhibits our shop did the graphics for. The Brunswick booth has lots of latex fabric, the upper panels and the images of the bowlers...all latex. Hytera's upper id system is also latex fabric. The stuff works great!

I can only speak for our uses but tension fabric on aluminum frames is one of our big markets. The latex printed textile is great for fabric structures at trade shows that are only going to see 1-3 shows and then get tossed. It's no where as durable as dye sub but it still works great for us...

We have had our 850 for almost 2 years. I will not tell you it's a perfect machine. When it works, it's great but when it's being fussy, it sure can be a pain. It likes to run and not sit for any period of time. We use to print our backlits on HP backlit film, the film runs at 250% ink...

We are running the Latex 850, which I know is a little different then the "baby" latex printers. We are at about 15 cents per ink, so 90 cents a sqft total in ink.

It's too bad they don't have plans to develop any upgrades for the people who have the Latex 850. It definitely could use some!

I'm profiling Sintra on our FB700 thru Caldera/Easy Media. 100% Magenta is a lot darker than I've seen before after a full run though on the profile. It's almost raspberry color. A little stumped on the cause. Maybe the media is not bright enough? Don't know
