So I opened a new roll of vinyl and a roll of self adhesive, both I just got last week. Same results... very strange that I was printing well then this seems to just start out of the blue. Thanks again for all who chime in!

Thanks you for the reply! I have a paper storage room in my basement. It's actually pretty cool and dry down there. Both the Mutoh and the aqueous Canon Pro 4000 are located outside that area. It has been stored that way for quite a while now with no issues so this is kinda strange.

Hello - I"m in the process of getting a 1324 up and going. All seems well at this point except for the printhead. It prints great with all colors except for black... misting pretty heavily. I've tried everything from head soaking to damper change-out to humidifier... all no go. Definitely...

Why is it so hard to find a service manual for the 1324???? Does it just not exist? Seems I can find everything BUT that one? Or could it be that I'm not looking in the right places? Thanks!

Thank you Plottermike! My dampers were supposed to show up today but did not. Hopefully tomorrow I can do these things! How difficult would you say it is to change out the dampers on the 1324? Do you have to remove the printhead to change them? Still haven't gotten my hands on a service...

Thanks... hopefully this weekend I can get my hands on a service manual and take some time to do those things. So, this is the result of the 36x36 block I printed... looks horrible! Thing is, the color test I printer this morning before I left for work and it looked great.
