Hello Chicago Graphics and thank you for the relpy. I see your in chicago are you familiar with setting up the print quality portion of this machine? I would love to einlist somone to help me.

Ok I've looked thru my menu and can't seem to find the nozzle wash option....would you be able to tell me where to look? And if I haven't said enough thank you very much for all your asstance.

:rock-n-roll: I been hearing about this nozzle wash and seen it in the menu but didn't buy the cleaning cartridges. I'l be giving that a try.... :notworthy:
