It might actually be “rigid vinyl”, and not polystyrene. We used to order .020 rigid vinyl, and it came in 25 x 50” sheets.

Are you adjusting the vacuum size to the size of the material? And placing the material close to the right edge of the bed? That will help, but sometimes the vacuum can seem underpowered.

I don't know if there is an easy fix, but I typically have to use the pathfinder tool in illustrator, and clean up all the lines extending out of the desired cut area. Kind of a pain.

Have you tried the Arlon DPF 4500GL v3.5 profile? My ink system is 8 color - CMYKlmlcWW BTW. Ideally I'd love to use the manufacturers profiles for each media I print, but they just don't exist, and I've been able to avoid making my own profiles thus far :)

Did you buy that table from Summa, or is it some other brand that is less than eight bills?
