The palm tree file was created in Adobe Illustrator then exported into EPS format. Colors are set at CMYK. I then import the file into Flexi sign pro 7.5 and rip/print into production manager for printing. I am printing on Orajet 3640 with production manager set up with Profiles for Orajet 3651...

Took my meter out, checked the voltage on the board and it was at 5.29 so I guess over time this will need to be fixed again. It's been atleast 2 years since it was last changed. Just a heads up to those that also had the same problem. MAYBE you'll need to readjust yours as well.
