    Who has a heat welding system that's switched over from sewed hems? What are the disadvantages versus the advantages. We are currently paying someone to hem our banners and would love a way to cut cost but worried about the outdoor durability of a welded hem versus a sewn hem. Thanks

    We were planning on starting the print this morning but I'm not happy with the front fade. We have CS3 and I think you need CS4 to fade to transparent not white. Any suggestions on the best way to do a fade to white on a wrap?

    I have installed about 6 wraps with my previous company but had nothing to do print layout. I'm thinking we should print 48" wide panels with a 2" overlap. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks This is the wrap layout

  14. Who is using bulk ink? Need better reds and yellows

    Why can't I get a good yellow or red? Our JV3 is using a bulk ink system with Nazdar lyson inks until today. I tried switching just the yellow over to triangle JVS true ink but see very little difference. What ink has the best reds and yellows in a bulk in system?

    We are running two inks in our printer, sublimation ink on the left side and bulk film ink on the right. On the bulk ink side the black has went from printing fine to dropping out completely the next day. It prints black fine on the sublimation side so I would think the head is fine. You can see...
