Dont try to make a press yourself. there are tons of online dealers that offer start up packs. Like digital printing, screen printing isnt one of the things you want to be cheap with. Used machines and tools are fine but i would get them local so that you can see them and check them yourself...

have you thought of doing a four color process (if order is large enough) to get more color and make a full scene? Looks good but i myslef dont like leaving a car by itself, also i would add a windshield reflection so that it doesnt show through the car and the shirt.

I get that all the time, but thats when additional art fess kick in. change the blue to a lighter shade and make the font arial balck in yellow or orange. Then tell her the color combination is better suited for the color psychology. haha

Thanks I just installed Adobe CS5 and the measuring tool has pts instead of inches and i didnt know how to change it. Im still messing with the new tools and lay out of CS5 but seems pretty good so far.

if you are printing a light color garment then use a poly ink but if you are printing on darks you can use a poly base and reg plastisol color. Mesh count depends on image detail, if its just text probably a 110us if its more detail then a 140-160.
