If it's on a network, take it off. I've had that happen when another program had the file listed in it's memory even know the program wasn't even open. Also, the program that is stopping it from being deleted might be opening on the restart..... try powering up in...
Looks like the $250 for 10 with 3 free Elements has got me. I'm going to get them... now how to pick the 10 Juice Drops! Any suggests on the better volumes?
If I was to buy a entery level plotter again I would get a 30" just for the same reasons Fenris said. We started with a 24 and still used a 24 today, but there are time a 30" or 48" really come in handy.
In CorelDraw 10 Ticks should be a ½ inch with the Node tool.
You see all 4 numbers at the top in the bar when you use the node tool to make the corners.
