If it has to be tiled, find a place in the design that a seam will be the least noticeable. Then, plan for at least 1/8" overlap. When you install the pieces, lay the bottom first, then overlap the top piece so rainwater will run off (like shingles).
I don't consider 5 months to be permanent signage. Living in an agricultural area, I see & have sold quite a few 10mm coroplast mounted on t-posts with 1x1 wood top & bottom supports signs.
