Got it to work, just had to set the brodcast time on the router from 100ms to 25ms Went from a no signal at all to a very good signal.

Found out, Its already running at 100%...wont go any higher.

How do I turn up the transmitting power? is that a software thing?

Yeah I'm running a WBR-1310 router *shrug*, does Lynsys have a better name in routers than D-Link?
