yup, called them for the first time, after 2 years of owning the cutter I know how to set my depth and presure properly

I've noticed that sometimes my cutter will not cut letters cleanly, the start and end of the letters don't always meet. is there anything I could do to fix this issue? I've tried adjusting the blade depth, and pressure, I tried a new blade, and still having some issues, does the blade holder...

you can set up outlook to leave copies of your emails on the server, thats what I do, I get all my emails on my blackberry and my home computer, and I still have access to all of them through my isp's webmail service

try, file - import - messages, and just sellect your "identity" I'm pretty sure I've done it like that before

Just noticed this the other day, one of the pinch rollers has a bit of a ticking noise when its down, and rolling back, everything looks clean... ticking goes away when I take a bit of pressure off...has this happened to anyone else? Thanks Dany
