    know where to get a 40 - 50ft usb printer cable?? i moved my cutter into the other room cause it was really in the way, i already have an ethernet cable running there but if you'll see my last few posts the ehternet cable is NOT WORKING!!! so im going for an easier solution.

    THE PROBLEM: For some reason my cutter likes to go in a spiral, it will do the outside two rows of parts on the sheet and go around "spiraling" into the center. Now by the time it gets to the center its overlapping parts and wasting material. I re did my design on the page but you can fit a lot...

  17. FC8000-130 Loses Connection on ethernet

    but see it connects just fine too it. but it will lose connection after a certain amount of time. then it will complete a job and the controller program will say lost connection with machine. then you turn it off and repeat the process. it sucks!!

    We did ground the machine, stripped two wires myself, one on the front of the machine, and one behind it, and two more to go to an outlet to ground it too. It actually helped, anyone else have any suggetions on grounding it?
