    your problem is you dont have the tension set on the back roll holders. Its any easy fix and stops the media from reading end of roll.

    that may be the case if your cutting all the way down to the bottom. I would clean and run to see if it happens again. you would hear something going wrong if it hitting hard enough to scrape off metal while printing
