No offense to postal workers but I want to make a difference and create something with my life. Not just deliver bad news all the time.
Any input on the topic? No kids in the print shop btw kids near installed products.
I'll double check the software.
Anyone know what actual building codes you would pass with using a roll or liquid laminate?
I did look at this but its from 2015 http://h20195.www2.hp.com/V2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA6-0694EEW.pdf
Great looks like ONYX x12.1 for $2,300 sound right?
We were looking at the StarLam 1600R liquid laminator for about 10K
Some samples arrived without lam and we are surprised about the scratch resistant HP pvc free wall covering.
So now we are thinking do we really need the liquid laminator...
Great to know I'll be reaching out if I have trouble getting it setup like that.
We will print lots of 30' x 8' wall coverings
What rip software should we look at to stream line the process using this technique with the HP365?
Now there is a new issue I'm running into after wallcovering is printed and before lamination I now see that the HP365 doesn't print edge to edge. So now I'm looking at a machine that costs as much as the printer just to trim the edges flush to the print and trim the ends.
What other trimmer...
We have always requested laminate on ours. I believe in them. We are wanting to move to Peel and Stick no more paste. Your thoughts?
What are some of the best lams out there today? Roll vs Liquid?
I have quotes on a Seal EL 65" and Royal Sovereign 1651LSF with front feed assembly.
Not sure...
great thanks for the suggestion I'm getting samples to run my own durability test. Latex is looking like the swiss army knife.
Can anyone chime in for Eco Solvents? They need some points I can see me running 75-100 square feet per hour white quality prints in mind.
What kind of sqft per hour...
Thats good to know 110g fabric do you find the print to be scratch resistant? I have had some prints rub off with pressure but they weren't latex.
I love the dye sub look but don't like the expensive heat transfer part. Is there an option that fits my 25k printer setup budget?
The ideal...
I have installed paste dream scape wallcovering for a decade and we always requested a liquid Laminate for walls.
I need Latex printed flag or light fabric and a cast wallcovering samples ASAP.
Does HP Latex have a printable option for flag or light fabric? I need to be able to see light...
When I think about durability it's more indoor and highly scratch resistant durability I require. Does anyone have feedback on using HP latex on indoor wallcovering laminated or not and having it survive a coin or key scratch test?
Very interesting this makes sense.
1. What laminate passed any idea?
2. Id like to go with peel and stick and ditch the paste.
3. Whats a good laminate over a peel and stick to add durability?
