I'm trying to run an old Edge with SignLab 6
I know this goes way back but this is what I'm faced with...
I need to know if I need the Omega software... or do I need the driver only?

I have a big squeegee too. So I guess it will depend on the work load whether I use one or the other... ;)

I have a Seal 62 Pro Laminator and I am looking for your thoughts on whether I should feed plywood panels (mounting process) through it.
So I would be doing a cold mount onto plywood using laminated printed vinyl with adhesive back.
My only concern is that the edge of the wood panel might...
Double cuts were my first thought too... but there are none. I actually made up some objects and text for the sake of testing the machine making sure there were no duplicated items.
It happens with all media. Static could be a factor... due to winter conditions the heating in the building generates tons of static. Thanks for all your comments, it'll help me troubleshoot the problem.
Hopefully I don't have to replace the circuit board but that is the the most similar...
This happens every month or so... not sure why but the cutter applies more weight on one part of the artwork almost ripping through the backer. I have tried rebooting everything and sometimes that solves the problem but it occurs every now and then..
Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same problem with striking identical results to the pictures posted. I am using a Mutoh Value Jet 1604. I have noticed what seems to be air in the line (only in the K). Any idea how to push the air out of the line?
