Do you have the specific profile for that vinyl? if not you may need to do some trials to get the best profile for the material. Also... you dont shut down the main power on your printer do you?
Thanks for the responses, I will burn through some scrap material and see if I can isolate what is exactly happening. It just burns my butt to waist a 6 foot print to some kind of allignment issue.
I am printing images to be laminated and cut out at another time.
When I return the next day and load the same image to cut it cuts as if the image was an inch to the left or just off the image.
if I print and cut the image no problem.
This also seems to happen more often on large images...
