    :rolleyes:hmm, are you using new ribbons, sounds kinda like it was used before, and that might be the hit and miss thing thats going on, trying to print on a spot that was already printed before, had the same thing happen to me, trying to save some money, was a waste of vinyl...new form now on...

    tell ya what, throw a company name water mark across that, it distorts the image enough that I wont even try to fix it to use it, maybe 1 out of 1000 may, but darn it, too much work for me to redo....to get something i might be able to steal.....anyone agree?????
