By tunneling do you mean the material raises a little? I have seen this before when the heater was too hot. It is not happening at this time.

A couple weeks ago my printer started printing some jobs with odd banding lines on them. I talked to a few friends in the business and explained the issue. A couple of them thought it might be heater banding. I have lowered the heater settings in 2 degree increments and it seems to help but...
I had the same problem with my falcon jr as Stuart and fixed it the same way by adjusting the voltage on the board to 5.3v

I have a falcon jr and have got this code before also. I called my caligraph guy and he told me to clean the sensor with some denatured alc. and the strip that runs the length of the machine. I did this and fixed the problem haven't had it sense but i clean those areas pretty regular now...
Figured it out...
In rip and print there is a button on the general tab that determines placement of your image on the material. I choose to have my panels be 50 inches wide giving me 2 inches on either side when centering the image on 54in material. The 3 inches is what a tech at signwarehouse...
I have a large print with letting, stripes and pictures that has to be tiled I have flexi 8 and a graphtec 7000 I was wondering how to move the tiled images in so i have my required 3 or so inch clearance for my auto reg. marks to read.

I just purchased a Graphtec FC7000 160 with the auto reg. mark sensor. I keep having trouble with the arms system when trying to contour cut printed graphics. It reads the first mark moves to the second reads it then comes back to the point of origin and says "mark scan error". I have tried...
