    I have a falcon jr and have got this code before also. I called my caligraph guy and he told me to clean the sensor with some denatured alc. and the strip that runs the length of the machine. I did this and fixed the problem haven't had it sense but i clean those areas pretty regular now...

    Figured it out... In rip and print there is a button on the general tab that determines placement of your image on the material. I choose to have my panels be 50 inches wide giving me 2 inches on either side when centering the image on 54in material. The 3 inches is what a tech at signwarehouse...
