hi ( its a bit testing ) 1/increase the Dry heater temp, and maybe the Cure heater. (55 -60) 2/increase number of passes (if 1 does not solve the problem) (115- ...) 3/ lower your ink settings. (100 ? ) you can do this in the rip or profile

got sun chemical inks too on cube IP&I ,(uv) works great less smell, but printing on plexi has to have a good curing. no problems we run sun chemical inks on our mimaki jv3 , and no problems. ( hard solvent )

thx a lot jdigital, After placing in a new printhead i need to adjust the head (manual with the screws) ? head adjust slant ? the head turns same side like you turn the screw i guess ? are there other operations that have to be completed before you start the alignment of the heads ?

maintenance and printing will keep the head from clogging

check out the pumps , sometimes a bit of plastic cracks off. The pump keeps spinning but is not sucking. Replace the dampers and check out the rubber O rings. can you run solvent cleaner trough te head ?

is it not the same as the jv3 ? hold function and remote when booting ?

there is a device to reset you chips to full. I think sam ink is selling it.

jup, thats beause te bag is pierced. Make shure the ink does not go in to the pump. Let it dry in to the tubing. And replace ink cartridge
