Mutoh 1604 Oracal 3165RA Onyx RIP This is a new roll, but I saw same thing at the end of the previous roll. I think it is the printer rather than the roll. It is leaving black foggy marks between the prints in the white space... but the print part is fine. Anyone seen this B4??

My 1604 is making a slapping clunk noise as the head moves across the print... I took the lid off and saw that the ink tube strap thing was binding up and then ker-slapping against the floor. When I manually slide the white clips to the right it goes away for a pass or two then binds up...
