    My cutter seems to step-cut around my "O" & "C" and any round cut rather than a smooth rounded cut. I installed NEW Blade Holder and Blade. Running Signlab. I can't seem to find out what is causing this problem. Thanks for your help.

    I don't know what happened. Now my very small letters are not cutting very sharp. The "O" seems to cut in steps instead of flowing around the curve. What should my settings be? I forget what they were.

    When moving my knife into position a couple of inches up on the vinyl it moves so SLOW. My SignJet would move faster if the button was left down. Can I do anything to make it move faster?
