    it does it to us too, even though it recognizes 53" material, not that material, any material we use if we setup a file ourselves and not use the rip to set it up, we make sure we only go 49" wide otherwise it won;t print the registration marks, i guess it has something to do with a couple...

    always leave a 1/8" to 1/4" white border on all printing, seems to solve that issue on a side note, last time we tried ij35, same issues no matter what we did, it was crap material and still regret ever trying it
