UPDATE on this: After some variations here and there in the design process, we took Jill's idea and went with our take on it and this is the result. The client really likes this one and is moving forward on the van next. They still do not see a "logo" as something that is necessary...:banghead:

always leave a 1/8" to 1/4" white border on all printing, seems to solve that issue on a side note, last time we tried ij35, same issues no matter what we did, it was crap material and still regret ever trying it
