it would depend on the building itself when it rains, the water will "pool" inside every little hole, which creates a clouded or blurry effect when looking out, plus dirt will collect in the holes, but a good rain washes it out and back to normal i pretty much tend to laminate every window...

looks like a tinted window from the inside almost, use it all the time laminate it, safer that way if it is on a vehicle
