I have many clients who do this all day with Latex. You will need to test some of the fabrics as they do not all act the same. The ink will not crack on you. If it is short term use like you say, I would print that Latex all day!

That is not that crazy to run off your machine. For the grommets I would use those things from Banner-Ups, or instead of paper, use a polypropylene and then the grommets will work on that. I have super aggressive pricing on poster paper if you go that route of printing yourself. I also have...

Yeah, on the older gen there were some issues. Lol on the maintenance, that is just flat out not true (at least with the new gen units) There is like ZERO maintenance on the latex. The biggest wrap shops in the industry run latex. I would highly recommend reaching out to your local latex dealer...
