Check out the wrap institute for videos on how to lay down the vinyl in the recessed area. I noticed that the xfinity trucks around here are doing a different method. They make a relief cut in the perimeter of the channel.

ha. that was my intention first but when they sent me the pdf version of the jpg it was completely different grays. I WAS able to pull the grays from the original image. Then I exported as a jpg and sent over to the rip station.
It's only on this one customer's graphic. And I'm still baffled by their graphic overall. I have printed the same graphic 4 years in a row for their christmas party. The first 3 years the graphic printed no problem. The only thing I ever do is switch out the date and export it again as a pdf...
Not sure what kind of printer you have but hp has fine art paper. not vinyl, but photo paper. I don't know if you want stickers or not, but that's available. FireSprint.com might be able to point you in the right direction...>?
