Saturn I do build/design everything in Illustrator and then open them into the Onyx print software. What is strange it this is the newest issue and until I get it to stop cutting the same spot twice I cannot move on to any other trouble shooting. I appreciate your help.

What it appears to be doing right now is a light hovers over the first small square in the bottom right and then it moves to the back to a square in the back right and then across and then to the front and the light hovers over each small square.
