I print glass regularly..no real issues. I use onyx to flood under/over..I have a 24 and 31 pass profile that works with no problem. I actually cloned my foam board profile to make it.

Quite frankly they do not understand printing. They have been designing to a monitor forever. "If it looks good on my screen it will print" Same reason why we have to correct 75% of the files we receive that have black in them...Because 400% density "looks the best" on my monitor....its a joke...

make sure all fittings are tight, check up by the carriage assy. make sure no leaks where printheads connect to ink line.

Pull the box make sure the ink line is not pinched inside cutting off ink flow. Also, did you prime the ink box filter before installing? Ink should be flowing before you plug into the printer. You would not know that either of these are an issue until you run through all the ink in the lines.

are they laminated graphics? I think everyone addressed the printer issues...besides reduce heat. If laminated, make sure you have almost zero tension or brake being applied to the lamination film spindle...

it should work...troubleshooting a hdd failure/display failure you can plug in any standard monitor and it will work. And you can access the bios on boot to enable keyboard support.

Is there a valve near the waste ink tank? I know with a HP FB series flatbed, if that valve s open it creates a stronger vacuum than the printer creates at the heads and will cause this to happen...usually with outermost heads on the carriage...so if someone recently emptied ink, they may not...

I second GFP. This unit looks like a Kala..they are a bit pricey like 12-15k I believe...I never heard of it before...you should demo the unit before you buy it
