Flexi 10 is from the days of Windows Vista, so it's unlikely they have a driver for a current model Graphtec. However we use old cutting software with a Graphtec and have found that selecting an old model of Graphtec that was supported when the software was made is working.

It's color-white color. You use it to print on clear vinyl that is either going to be applied to glass so the picture can be seen from both sides, or to white plexiglass faces to give better transmitted light color saturation without too-dark colors from double strike printing.
I don't think it's a machine thing. It's in the RIP. Although I don't have the newest version, I have been unable to get Onyx to do it. Unfortunately there's not a lot of help with doing layers. The RIP people won't really help and Epson says talk to the RIP people.
Unless you offered a warranty against stone chipping, there's nothing to warranty. Your warranty should only be against manufacturer product defect and workmanship defect. Stone chipping is not something wrap vinyl is designed to resist. In fact, it should be part of the customer discussion...
