depends on what you think you can get....I don't price things time and material anymore...i grab a number out of my head i think the client will pay...
ink cost really doesn't matter much, correct, but if i can get a set of them for $111.28 each instead of $135 each like i just did, i will go that route all day long..
i own two 25500's....one to print with and the other is a parts machine.... if your still gonna use a 25500 your gonna need another one for parts. they didn't build these to last more than 5 years.....i have owned 5 of these. you can pick one up on ebay for 2k
I wouldn't worry about the condensation as much as the softness of the Lexan and how easily it will get scratched. I'm assuming in their infinite wisdom this is an effort to make the sign more vandal proof. Acrylite would be better suited in this application IMHO
