If it has a cut groove where you have cut too deep it WILL throw your cut depth off. Had the same problem with a Mutoh Kona cutter

If you have gone through the two blades that came with the cutter, it's time to change your cutting strip

Replace the planar cable. Try shutting down the cutter for a minute, then turn it back on and resend same job. If that works it's the cable.

Sounds like it is chewing on multiple jobs. Delete all completed jobs from flexi production manager then recreate the cut file only and send. Also Check your cables and make sure cutter is installed to the correct port.

Scan motor. Clean gears and lubricate them well.
