shot in the dark here, but anytime I have had issues with flexi communicating with devices it has been a recent update to my antivirus software mucking things up

i did 22 of them a few weeks ago and used some white duct tape.

I sell miles and miles of 3/4" cut text paragraphs for application onto walls, no printing allowed... setting the machine right is the key, but not always perfect. I test cut allot and still get head bangers. I have a CX500 and have been contemplating upgrading.

I went from 8 to 10 a few years ago and never had problems using both at the same time. I haven't done it in a while though... only used 8 for a few more times once I got 10 up and running.

sponges in capping station are swelling, touching the heads. the ink slowly flows into the bottle. there used to be some nice capping station with a metal piece holding down the sponge, haven't seen them in a while. I used to make my own, then I bought a latex printer and life is good...

if your trying to print this color as a cmyk, you'll never hit it. you need to print it as a RGB, harder to adjust, but the colors are more vibrant. I can hit that color with my l25500 printing straight out of flexi

go solo, raise your prices. this will eliminate the overtime and keep the quality good paying jobs in your pocket going on 18 years without employees.... never work Saturdays unless i'm making $150 an hour.....which is maybe twice a year, leave before 5 - 98% of the time...

I print tons of banners and was going to give you my suggestion, but I saw that your location was just United States. What's the big deal letting people know at least which of the united states your from. I just can't take paranoid people, sorry... good luck

Honestly if your asking this question here, you really don't care about local regulations so use common sense.... what would work best???? there's regulations for a reason and there's common sense for a reason, pick one.....
