Laminate isn't intended to be applied like that. I can't imagine not purchasing a laminator when buying a printer... Kinda like buying a car and pushing it around because you don't want to spend money on gas...

I imagine your ripping from Omega but this may help... I used Flexi to print to my Edge 2 for years and had that pause issue when I was beta testing for them years ago. When it happened, a very thin vertical pixel line would appear in the prints. When they released 7.6v2 many issues with Edge...

I imagine Fellers makes more $$$ moving large size wrap film, laminate, vinyl etc since they advertise and push it so much. Printer films have a large size and when a customer places an order it can run into thousands of dollars per transaction.

Ive run into that with certain colors like purple. Printing on high quality instead of standard usually is a quick fix.

Select your tiff picture and your vector contour cut path in Flexi and export them as an eps file. Your cut line will be separate and independant from the tiff file.

How about a pic? Basic layout or complex? how may colors, outlines, shades etc. Are you lettering the wall or existing sign panels?
