I've never laminate wall graphics except when the customer ask for it. I just say to the customer that the best care they can do is not touch it.

I've never tried it, but I don't see why it would be a problem compared to regular cast vinyl or a laminated cast vinyl. I do it very often with 3M dinoc material without any problems.

For this color, my powder coating guy can make this color. I just send him the aluminum letters. The paint he use is Tiger ''special effects'' candy transparent gold. It will have the effect you want.

I do mine on styrene. It depend more on how the cabinet is built.

I've made two signs with bare aluminum with just cut vinyl on it. The idea was to let the aluminum oxidize with time. Since we sub our installation, I left the signs at my installer house and he left them outside. The signs stayed there for about a week. Now I have two oxidation circles on each...
