i'd figure 2 hours for me, and 6 hours for an employee, anything more and he would be gone...

i roller coat with foam rollers and use ronan bulletin paint, scuff with a 3M scotchpad and still have had the paint come off in sheets, so i say sandblast the carp out of it......j/k sand it for sure, scotchpad has failed for me a time or two....

what i was paying was not affordable, nor did it provide me with much coverage and it was going up 25% a year for the last 7 years, while the coverage was getting worse. something had to break, with a family of four, i had to have coverage, but i was at the whim of the insurance companies...

well, obamacare has saved me financially. I found out i had prostate cancer. I went thru the testing while still under my 11,000 ded. policy and had to pay $6,000 in doctor bills at the end of last year. the plan my insurance co. offered me this year was $10,308 for a $9,000 ded policy...

sounds a whole lot like life in general... you could go to a plumbers, cabinet makers, etc, forum and find the same rant...

phototex, no need to remove wall paper. no need to worry about transfer tape, and no need to worry about learning curve. you can apply with your hands and it takes about 5 minutes to get used to it. use the opaque version then you don't have to worry about seems/overlap

love my latex and would never go back. extra elecric usage is a farce, i pay my electric bill and the few dollars more, and i mean few dollars more is made up in the countless hours saved in maintenence...

i have done this many times and it looks great. over print the image by an inch all around. cut the corners strategically so it folds perfect and fold over the flap to the back of the substrate. it gives a great edge look and you don't have to worry about shrinkage.

your price is fine, tell him to hit the road....you don't need every job, only the ones that are worth it...

how would you feel if your competitor, who you never met, came to you and asked for 2 yards of vinyl? i'd nicely tell them to chit in their hat and good bye....

addy, you really should just go away.... as far as the sketch, it was fine, customer is talking outta their a$$. simply tell them you will not do it over again, except for full price. they won't be able to get it done cheaper anywhere else....
