I posted the layout of it a while back, but finally got pictures of it complete. The truck and campershell used to be gold before. The photographer here was only able to get one shot before it took off for the day. Hope to have more here soon.

  4. Looking for opinions.

@WSGRAPHIX, thats exactly what I was thinking. But as someone stated, I would appear to be a broker rather than an actual sign shop. I would put my little cutter and have the rolls of regular vinyl, just no printer or screen printing in this facility. Just figured for a place for people to go...
  5. Looking for opinions.

power, internet and all that comes with the building. I already have another line, I would just have to transfer it over. it is a month to month deal. it was just a place so people didn't really have to come to my house. I figured it would help against people being curious and asking what...
  6. Looking for opinions.

I currently operate out of my house and am thinking about getting a store front office. It isn't a place for my equipment, but a place that would be a little more professional for people to come and discuss projects. Its in a decent location and is around $250 a month. Does anyone else...

http://www.workhorseproducts.com/ - I wouldn't just get something cheap to do shirts. If your going to do it, do it right. You will get invested, then realize what more you need and then have to start all over again on acquiring equipment that is worth working with. I worked with this stuff...
  10. Photoshop - scale layer effects.

Depending on how big it was, you would do it at scale ie: 3" x 10" at 720 dpi. flatten it, then when you print it at 72 dpi its full scale and all your blending options stay correct. Also, I don't know what version you are using of Photoshop, but CS5.5 I do believe you can make the blending...
  11. Anyone else ever notice this

I noticed this. I even had a few prints that got messed up that I had to reprint, that had not yet been laminated and still have a ton of vinyl and ran out of laminate. So much so that it was like I had received half of a roll of laminate. Was just talking about this the other day.
  12. Ever see a wrap go this bad?

Yep. I have. I had to remove a wrap from a couple vans an electric company in town had done. one looked like that and the other looked like this:
  13. Fun with photoshop

This post made me think of a link I saw the other day. Guy takes kids drawings and fixes them up. Some are pretty cool. http://thechive.com/2011/08/15/artist-garrett-miller-enhanced-your-kids-art-20-photos/
  14. FTP - How to?

Also, if you are using Firefox, you can get FireFTP which is a plug in, that makes it easy to transfer files to and from the server.
  15. FTP - How to?

Setting up an FTP server is extremely easy. You can set up the different log ins and all that and the different types of access they have. Tell me what version of windows your using and you can make it pretty easy. Also googling it as well. I have an FTP server, that I have remote computers...

  18. Looking to rip the design apart

Ya, I got the owner to let us change the direction of the flame, he is set on the font below the logo that says "leave your competition in the dirt" just because that has been part of his logo since 04. He is very stuck on this, we have tried modifying the flame to look a little bit more modern...
  19. Looking to rip the design apart

    Reason why?
  20. Looking to rip the design apart

LOL, I knew someone was going to say that. the owner is very particular about the flame and where it lands on the hobbies and how it goes with the words. I'm going to get him to try to change it up...but ya...
