If it happens only at the start ( first foot ) its just that separation point. I just run it a little before placing the print in the machine. You can usally see it when you start running the machine.

Are there any good options for printable engine turn vinyl other then Signgold? I will be printing with a solvent printer. I have used Signgold in the past but the customer wants a little less expensive.

We have been using a CamTech Z7 for about 13 years trouble free. I think that AXYZ sells or owns them now. Maybe visit a shop that has one and watch what it takes to program and operate one. A few of the smaller shops around here just come to us for there routing needs to avoid the start up...

I'm pretty sure that no matter where you put the friction wheel, it will only cut the 53.5. Where at in VA are you located?

If it's the 5100-150, you should be able to get 59.5 out of it.

Do you get the wiper blade as well from Sam ink? How about the wiper sponge? Anybody have the Seiko printer part numbers for these parts?

The Seiko ink is 100 percent plug and play. We have been using them for months now with no problems. My understanding is that the HP ink is actually Seiko ink branded for HP.
