depending on how much it will be handled during installation, you could put Glass Apeel on it. But it would probably be best to install it when nobody is there and then cover it.

That picture shows flutes deep enough that you wouldn't be able to just squeegee normally across them. You could probably get vinyl on there by holding a metal squeegee (the wallpaper kind you use for putting application tape on) vertically and carefully going up and down the flutes.

It all depends on whether it tries the backtension test on that last foot of vinyl or not. If it does and there's nothing attached to the core, it will ring an alarm and cancel the print.

We've stuck with Avery and really haven't experienced the problems that people seem so afraid of. Although we use 3M cast equally as much as Avery cast, for calendared I much prefer Avery 750 over 3M. My problem with Oracal goes way, way back, to the mid 1990's when we had problems with it.
