  2. Now Selling HP Latex 300 and 500 Series Printers

We have 2 360s. I don't like the wasted sheeting and it isn't as user friendly as my mimaki…but the print quality is awesome. We even stopped using Electro cut vinyl for our street sign orders because the print looked so good. Great printers!
  3. This grainy print is relentless

Everything I have done; an overnight soak, filled up ink, hard cleans, long nozzle washes, the drop pos alignment, everything is clean (cap station, head) Hasn't helped at all! My test prints are perfect, minus 2 or 3 missing lines. Just happened all of a sudden in between printing a golf cart...

  5. Oh boy! Major plotter problem

So i was cross cutting a piece of blue EC film, and the something happened and the head got caught on the sheeting. It now makes a noise when plotting. It is also extremely erratic. Its cutting letters 3" below where they should be. Its spacing things out 2" longer than they should be. It is...

  13. HP 360 calibration is causing colors to change?

Ok, so this just happened: I printed one sign this morning. I had to redo it because it got messed up being applied to aluminum. One was way darker than the other. I did not calibrate between these two prints. This has never happened before.. I got a problem!
  14. HP 360 calibration is causing colors to change?

So, I put in a new ink cartridge. I calibrate it, and my colors change. Color makeup(RGB or CMYK) is EXACTLY the same but the shades are different. Some of my customers have certain colors for their signs and everytime i calibrate, i have to refigure the color makeup. This happens everytime. Is...

    Does anyone recognize this font?
  16. Roll decals

    I don't plot off a roll. If I have a print/plot job, I just print in 30 or 40" pieces.
  17. What is this crap?

Here in a bit I am going to ground the printer. I will let yall know if it helps.
  18. What is this crap?

I did some earlier on some different signs and I used 8 pass. It still did it. The pic I posted was with 16 pass.
  19. What is this crap?

Seems to only do it on black. I read on some UK site it was static, but it is only happening with black? Does that sound possible?
