but oh how i hate that..... until the job's done and you've made a boat load of $$$$
haven't broken out the squeegee (the real one) in years.... hope never to be tempted to again...
UPDATE:
just found my problem, somehow under my edit>preferences>temporary files> was listed a folder on a network drive.
don't know how this happened, but files were saving at almost 17 times their normal size....
everything is back to normal..... oh well at least i got the XP 64 bit...
I'm having the same problem and i think i figured it out. I am using flexipro 8.1 on windows 7. I previously used XP and it was much faster, i mean seconds instead of 10's of minutes to open some large files.
I'm doing a zambonie wrap, which is a very large file, last time i worked this file...
can we stop all the "this industries going in the dumper" crap....
I make a good buck, and i'm sure there are alot of you that do to.
quit bitching about progress and make your money....
when the head is resting on the cap, put the syringe on the end of the pump line and draw the ink thru. then do 1-2 cleaning cycles and you'll be off to the races....
another one bites the dust....
this is the only (current) forum i belong to, is it just sign people who blow themselves up or does this happen on other regular people forums?
RIP

no, then you will create contamination, and if left too long the ink will make it all the way back into the other cart and then you'll have created a new unusable color :)
how old is the capping station?
