    Depends on your inkset and your max density desired. If you print too rich of a black with alot of flatbeds - you will get a thermographic feel to the ink. Some inks print grays cleaner than others. Mine tend to lean to the yellow side, so i use 50, 40, 20, 100 for my blacks. Debating...

    Anyone got a source for long rolls of poly banners like you see at motocross events. It is very thin material and what I have found is flexo printed with 3000' minimums. These would be used once and tossed at each event.
