    Tell your customer to uncheck the box that says "Suppress Options" when exporting from Flexi and he will have export options. Compression, resolution, color mode. Some Flexi versions default with the box checked and will export at 72dpi automatically.

    There should be 4 crop marks. I take 3 of 3 is a typo? It could be that your material is skewed, but the pinch roller is probably to close to the 4th registration mark so it isn't reading it.

    I toss them. I'd go to a bulk ink system before I started cutting them open and refilling empty cartridges. Seems a lot more convenient.
