Changing DPI in Flexi
Yes, When you export the file make sure the box for "Suppress Option" is unchecked so you can select the proper resolution. -

Am I legally justified.....
I believe using the dongle is optional with 8.5. If you decide not to use it with that version you will have to turn it in to them or they will most likely void your license and the software won't work.- Mike Paul
