A good head cleaning is about the only thing you can do without sending it in. Print Head replacements aren't cheap, what model is it? -

Whats the problem?
Could be a few things. Clean the head, wipers and wiper scraper along with the capping station. If that doesn't work try some new wiper and post back. -
