Why is it breaking in a straight line? Car's so dirty I can't tell what's underneath, but it looks like the car is two-toned with vinyl that is also coming off, and the emblem is sticking to the two-tone vinyl but not to the paint.

We've had an S70670 since they first came out and have never had any trouble with the white and colors being in registration. We didn't have to do anything to make it be in registration. I'm guessing the trouble is not in your printer but in the RIP.

I wonder if you have the heat high enough to dry the ink. We run our S70 at 40/40/50 and have never encountered buckling on dark colors. I also wonder about your profile. Sounds like the ink limit is set too high.

That error code means the job was cancelled by the printer for lack of data. There can be a lot of reasons for it, but generally they come down to either network speed or component faults, such as network adapter in the computer or the switch/router or cabling, or an error in the RIP software...

Gino Sorry your suppliers do that to you. Ours don't. Maybe it helps if the pan face maker is in the same town as the supply company (as ours is). We pay the same whether we drive 3 hours to get it ourselves or they deliver to us.
