Epson GS6000 Horizontal lines in prints

This just started happening today, my GS6000 is printing horizontal lines in my prints..

The nozzle check looks good, ran a medium cleaning and did carriage maintenance..

Does anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it?

if its vertical i would check your material feed or heaters. look over your pinch rollers
horizontal is usually in the print system. vertical is usually in the feed system

Try cleaning your encoder strip - damp, lint free cloth.

Sorry I meant its horizontal line side to side..

if you can run a heavy cleaning then a print head test and upload a picture of it

I ran a heavy cleaning and here is the test results..
